Overview
The Dashboard Home is your starting point when you log in to your dLocal Merchant Dashboard. It provides a quick overview of your account and easy access to what you need most.

Quick access cards to navigate to key sections
Your current balance with historical trends
Gross amount over time
Shortcuts to common tasks
Welcome banner
The welcome banner appears at the top of your Home page and provides quick access to essential areas of your dashboard.
Collapsing the banner
If you prefer more space for your widgets, you can collapse the welcome banner:
Click the arrow icon (chevron) in the top-right corner of the banner
The quick access cards will be hidden
Click the arrow again to expand
Balance widget
The Balance widget shows your current balance and how it has changed over time.
What you'll see
Current Balance — Your balance as of yesterday's close
Trend chart — Visual history of your balance over the selected period
ℹ️ Note: The Current Balance reflects your balance at the end of the previous day. It updates daily.
Time filters
You can adjust the time period for the trend chart:
Filter | What it shows |
Last 7 days | Balance trend for the past week |
Last 14 days | Balance trend for the past two weeks |
Last 30 days | Balance trend for the past month |
Last 90 days | Balance trend for the past quarter |
This Year | Balance trend year-to-date |
Using the chart
Hover over any point on the chart to see the exact balance value for that date
Click "Go to Balance" to view your full balance details and history
Gross Payment Volume widget
This widget shows the total gross amount added to your balance over time—giving you the big picture of incoming funds before any deductions.
What you'll see
Total gross amount in the selected period
Visual trend of your balance growth
Easy comparison across different time ranges

FAQs
Why is my Current Balance showing yesterday's data?
The Current Balance displays your balance as of the end of the previous business day. It updates daily to reflect all cleared transactions. For real-time balance information, visit the Balance section.
Can I customize which widgets appear on my Home?
Currently, the Home page displays a standard set of widgets. We're continuously improving this page and may add customization options in the future.
Why don't I see the Home page?
You need the permission to access the Dashboard Home. Contact your account administrator to request access.
How often is the data updated?
Balance widget: Updates daily (reflects previous day's close)
Gross Payment Volume: Updates daily
Task shortcuts: Always current
Can I give feedback about the Home page?
