What you see on the Balance overview
When you open Balance from the left sidebar, you see a row of cards at the top showing your funds in different states, and a navigation menu on the left with access to the four subsections.
Note: The cards and subsections you see may differ depending on whether your account has payouts enabled.
Your balance cards
Each card represents a specific state in the lifecycle of your funds.

Frequently asked questions
Why is my Current Balance different from my Available for Withdrawals?
Your Current Balance includes funds in multiple states (Payins in Transit, Payouts in Transit). Available for Withdrawals only shows settled funds you can act on right now.
I see negative amounts in red β is something wrong?
Negative amounts in red typically represent fees deducted from your balance or debit adjustments. This is expected behavior. Review the Balance Report or Credit & Debit Notes subsections for more detail on what's driving those values.
Can multiple users see the Balance section?
Yes. Any user with the appropriate Balance permissions can access this section. If you need to grant or restrict access, contact your account administrator to adjust role permissions.
How far back does my balance history go?
The Balance Report shows data up to your previous months. Cleared Transactions history is available for up to 18 months back. Contact your account manager if you need data beyond that range.
