Overview
The Performance Insights section on your dashboard Home gives you an at-a-glance view of how your payments are performing. From here you can monitor key metrics, filter by the dimensions that matter, and spot trends without leaving the Home page.

What you'll see
Performance Insights includes two widgets on Home:
Conversion Rate
The percentage of your customers' payment attempts that ended in a successful payment. You can toggle between two views: including all attempts, or excluding declines for insufficient funds.

Total Transactions
The volume of payment attempts (approved + declined) over the selected period, broken down by day.
Filters
Both widgets share the same filter bar. You can combine filters to narrow down to the segment you want to analyze.
Filter | What it does |
Period | Last 7, 14, 30, or 90 days |
Payment category | Filter by category (Card, Tickets, Bank transfer, etc.) |
Payment method | Filter by a specific method available in your account |
Card brand BIN | Filter by the first digits of the card |
Group by | Daily, Weekly, or Monthly aggregation for the Total Transactions chart |
Exclude insufficient funds: a toggle on the Conversion Rate widget that removes attempts declined for insufficient funds from the calculation.
💡 Tip: Group by persists when you change the period — switching from 30 days to 90 days keeps your grouping. If the period is shorter than the grouping (e.g., 7 days with Monthly), you'll see a single aggregated data point.
Download your Performance Insights as a CSV
If you want to share your performance with a colleague, your finance team, or a stakeholder who doesn't use the dashboard, click Download Report at the top-right of the Performance Insights section. You'll get a CSV with the data behind the widgets — Conversion Rate and Total Transactions — reflecting exactly the filters you have applied (period, payment category, payment method, card BIN, Group by, and "Exclude insufficient funds").
💡 Tip: Apply the filters and grouping you want first, then click Download Report — the CSV will match exactly what you see on screen at that moment.
Who can see Performance Insights
Performance Insights is visible to users with the Admin or Finance role on the merchant account. If you don't see this section on your Home page, check with your account administrator about your role.
FAQs
How often is this data updated?
Performance Insights data refreshes daily and reflects the previous day's close.
Are test transactions included?
No. Test traffic is excluded — you're only seeing real production payments.
Why don't I see Performance Insights on my Home?
Two possible reasons: your account hasn't been enabled for this feature yet, or your role doesn't include access. Contact your account manager if you believe it should be available.
Can I download my Performance Insights data?
Yes. Use the Download Report button at the top-right of the Performance Insights section to download a CSV of the data currently displayed. The CSV respects the filters you have applied. The download is the underlying data, not an image of the chart — you can build your own chart from it in Sheets or Excel. Only users with the Admin or Finance role can download.
