Who can use this: Available to users with REPORTS_VIEW permission. Creating and managing schedules also requires REPORTS_MANAGE. Contact your account administrator to request access.

The Reports section lets you access, download, and schedule CSV reports for your business activity on dLocal. You can view all generated reports, set up recurring scheduled reports (daily, weekly, or monthly), and generate one-time on-demand reports for a specific date range.

An on-demand version of cleared transactions for a custom date range.

📌 Note: More report types are coming soon.
If a report type does not appear in your account, it may not be enabled for your configuration. Contact your dLocal account manager for more information.

Scheduling recurring reports

Scheduled reports run automatically at the frequency you set (daily, weekly, or monthly) and appear in the All reports tab once generated.

Who can do this: Requires REPORTS_MANAGE permission.

How to create a scheduled report

  1. Click + New Scheduled Report in the top-right corner.

  2. In the Schedule your report dialog, follow the three steps:

Step 1 — Select the report type

  • Select the report type from the dropdown. Only report types that support scheduled (periodic) execution are listed here.

  • Enter a Schedule name to identify this schedule later.

Step 2 — Select the frequency

Choose how often the report should run:

  • Daily — generates one report per day

  • Weekly — generates one report per week

  • Monthly — generates one report per month

Step 3 — Personalize the report columns

Select the columns you want included in the CSV output. You can check Select all to include every available field, or choose individual fields.

The available columns vary by report type. Common fields include:

  • Transaction ID, dLocal Transaction ID

  • Creation Date, Approved Date

  • Local Currency, Gross Amount, Net Amount, Fee Amount

  • Status, Status Code, Status Details

  • Payment Type, Payment Method Code

  • Card Type, Card BIN, Installments

  • User Document, User Email

  1. Click Schedule Report to save. The schedule becomes active immediately and will generate its first report on the next scheduled run.

Important: You can’t have two identical schedules with the same columns.

Generating on-demand reports

On-demand reports let you generate a one-time report for a specific date range, without setting up a recurring schedule.

Who can do this: Requires REPORTS_MANAGE permission. Only report types that support on-demand execution are available.

How to generate an on-demand report

  1. Click + New Scheduled Report in the top-right corner.

  2. Select a report type that supports on-demand generation (for example, Cleared Transactions On Demand).

  3. Follow the three steps:

Step 1 — Select the report type

Choose an on-demand compatible report type from the dropdown.

Step 2 — Select the date range

Choose a preset range or set a custom start and end date:

  • Preset options: Last week, This week.

  • Custom range: select specific start and end dates

Important: The date range cannot include today, as data for the current day is not yet finalized. The maximum range is 7 days.

Step 3 — Personalize the report columns

Select the columns to include in the report output, same as for scheduled reports.

  1. Click Schedule Report to submit the request. The report will appear in the All reports tab once it has been generated. Processing takes approximately 3 hours. You can track the status in the “Manage Schedules” tab.

Managing your schedules

Click the Manage schedules tab to see all your active report schedules.

Removing a schedule

To stop a schedule from generating future reports:

  1. Open the Manage schedules tab.

Frequently asked questions

Why don't I see the Reports section in my sidebar?

The Reports section requires the REPORTS feature to be enabled for your account and the REPORTS_VIEW permission for your user. If you don't see it, contact your account administrator.

Why is a report type missing from the dropdown?

Report types are only shown if they match your account configuration. For example, Payouts Report only appears if your account has Payouts enabled, and Settlement report types depend on your FX configuration. Contact your dLocal account manager if you expect to see a type that isn't listed.

Can I include today's date in an on-demand report?

No. On-demand reports cannot include today because transaction data for the current day is not yet finalized. Select an end date of yesterday or earlier.

How long does it take for a scheduled report to appear?

Reports are generated automatically at the scheduled frequency. A Daily report will appear in the All reports tab on the following day. Generation typically completes within a few minutes of the scheduled time. If a report shows Generating status for an extended period, contact support.

What happens to my reports if I remove a schedule?

Removing a schedule only stops future report generation. All reports already generated by that schedule remain available in the All reports tab and can still be downloaded.

Can I edit an existing schedule?

Currently, schedules cannot be edited after creation. To change the frequency, name, or columns, remove the existing schedule and create a new one with the updated settings.
