If your company manages several accounts under the same commercial relationship with dLocal, you no longer need to add a teammate to every account one by one — or remember to add them again every time a new account opens. With Company Admin, you can grant a user access to every current account in your company, and any new one that gets added later, from a single toggle.
What is Company Admin
Company Admin introduces two roles that apply across your whole company, not just a single account:
Role | What it means |
Company Owner | The main point of contact for your company. There are usually only a few per company, and for now, only dLocal can manage them. |
Company Admin | Has the same company-wide access as the Company Owner, but can be granted to as many teammates as you need. |
Both roles get full admin access to every account under your company — current and future — without being added to each one individually.
Note: Your first Company Owner or Company Admin is set up by your dLocal representative. Once you have that role, you can grant it to other teammates yourself.
Giving a user access to all company accounts
Go to Settings → Users.
Click Add user, or click an existing user to edit them.
Fill in their Email and Name as usual.
Under Accounts, select All accounts (Current & Future) instead of Specific accounts.
Choose the user's Roles, then save.
Tip: If you don't see the All company accounts (Current & Future) option, it means you don't have the Company Owner or Company Admin role yet.
Reach out to your dLocal representative to request it.
What happens when a new account is added
Once a user is set to All company accounts (Current & Future), they automatically get access to any new account added to your company — no extra step needed. You never have to go back and add them again.
If you can't change a user's access
If you open a user who already has access to All accounts (Current & Future), but you don't have permission to change it, you'll see a message instead of the account options:
"This user already has access to all company accounts."
This is informational only. It means someone with the right permissions — your Company Owner, Company Admin, or dLocal — already set this up, and changing it needs to happen from an account with that permission.
Frequently asked questions
Can I switch a user from "All accounts" back to specific accounts?
Yes. Edit the user, select Specific accounts, and choose which ones they should keep access to.
Does this affect users who already have admin access to every account manually?
No. Existing access isn't changed automatically. Switching a user to All company accounts (Current & Future) is a separate action you take from Settings → Users.
How do I get my company's first Company Owner or Company Admin set up?
Contact your dLocal representative (Customer Success or Technical Account Manager). They'll help you assign the role to the right person on your team.
