If you manage a platform account with one or more subaccounts, you can now log in to any subaccount with one click and return to the main account whenever you want. Each subaccount opens with the full dashboard experience — the same views, filters, and exports you already use in any dLocal account.
This guide explains where to find your subaccounts, how to switch between them, and how to come back to the main platform view.

Where to find your subaccounts
From the left sidebar of your platform account, go to Platforms > Platform subaccounts. You will see a table listing every subaccount under your platform, with key information for each one: name, ID, creation date, country, and status.
From here you can:
Click any row to log in to that subaccount.
Use the kebab menu (⋮) on the right of each row for more actions, including Enter to this subaccount.
Log in to a subaccount
There are two ways to log in to a subaccount from the Platform subaccounts page:
Click the row of the subaccount you want to access.
Or open the kebab menu (⋮) on the right and select Enter to this subaccount.
A confirmation window will appear:
Click Switch Account to continue. The dashboard will reload on the subaccount you selected, showing the standard modules (Payins, Refunds, Balance, Payouts, Settings, etc.) based on that subaccount's permissions and configuration.
Tip: You are never locked in. You can return to the main platform account at any time from the top bar — see the last section of this article.
Switch between subaccounts from the top bar
Once you are inside a subaccount, the top bar becomes your main navigation tool between accounts. We grouped and redesigned it so you can find any subaccount in seconds, even if your platform has dozens of them.
From here you can:
See the subaccount you are currently viewing, with its country flag and name.
Search by subaccount name or ID using the search field inside the dropdown — useful if you have many subaccounts.
Select a different subaccount to switch directly to it. No need to go back to the Platform Subaccounts list.
Return to your main platform account
To go back to your parent (platform) view, click Return to main account in the top bar.
Clicking it takes you straight to Platforms > Platform subaccounts, where you can pick another subaccount or continue managing your platform.
FAQs
What happens when I click on a subaccount row? A confirmation window appears so you can decide whether to switch. If you confirm, you'll be logged in to that subaccount with the full dashboard view.
Will I be logged out of my main platform account? No. Switching to a subaccount is instant and reversible. Use Return to main account in the top bar to go back whenever you want.
Can I search for a specific subaccount? Yes. Open the account switcher in the top bar and use the search field — it matches by subaccount name or ID.
I can't find a subaccount I expected to see. What should I do? Make sure you are logged in to the correct platform account and that your user has the permission. If it's still missing, contact your administrator or reach out to support.
