How to use search and filters in dashboard tables?

In every section with tables, you can search, filter, and export transactions quickly and accurately. This helps you find payments, refunds, or chargebacks without scrolling through long lists of data.

You have three main tools: the date picker, the search bar, and advanced filters.

How to use the date picker?

The date picker defines the time range for the results.

  1. Date selection: shows the active date range applied. Click to edit.

  2. Manual date input: enter start and end dates manually.

  3. Displayed date selection: choose "from" and "to" dates directly from the calendar.

  4. Quick time-span selector: use predefined options like Today, Yesterday, This week, This month, Last year.

If the transaction you are looking for is not within the selected dates, it will not appear in the results.

Where to search using the search bar?

The search bar (Smart Search) helps you locate transactions by typing part of a value. The system shows partial matches and suggested results.

When you click the info icon (ℹ️) next to the search input, a tooltip displays all the fields you can search by. Here is the full list:

How to apply advanced filters?

Filters allow you to refine results by applying multiple conditions at once.

  • Select and apply: choose a filter category, pick the value you need, and apply it to narrow your results.

  • Edit or add more: once applied, each filter appears as a chip. Click any chip to edit its value, or add another filter to combine conditions.

Fields and values you can filter by (depending on the section) include examples such as:

  • Transaction Status: Paid, Pending, Rejected, Cancelled, Expired, Authorized, Refunded, In dispute, Complete.

  • Transaction Type: Payment, Refund, Authorization, Capture, Fees.

  • Country: Brazil, Colombia, India, South Africa, etc.

  • Payment Method: Visa, Mastercard, Boleto Bancario, UPI, OXXO, Rapipago, Webpay, etc.

How to clear filters:

  • Press Clear filters to remove all.

  • Or click the "x" next to each filter.

Combining search, filters, and date picker

For the most precise results, use all three tools together:

  1. Set the date range to narrow down the time period.

  2. Use the search bar to find a specific transaction by any of the fields listed above.

  3. Apply filters to refine by status, type, country, or payment method.

This combination is the fastest way to find exactly what you need.

FAQs

Why can't I find the transaction I am looking for? Make sure the date range is wide enough, adjust or clear filters, and confirm that you are searching in the correct account.

Can I combine date, search, filters, and export? Yes. Combining them is the most precise way to find and manage transactions.

What data is most reliable for quick searches? Invoice ID, Reference, Payer Document, or Payer Email.

Are filters always the same? No. Each section (Transactions, Refunds, Chargebacks, Payouts) has filters adapted to its data.

What fields can I search by? See the complete list in the "Searchable fields" section above. The tooltip next to the search bar also shows all available fields.
