What are pending transactions?
Cash payments (OXXO, Boleto, Efecty...) and Bank transfers can take 1-2 business days to be cleared. Most are cleared on the next business day (if the customer paid for it yesterday, we would receive the money today). Sometimes the customers print the cash payment ticket but pay for them a few days later. In these cases, it is usual that the transaction stays pending for a longer period. If the customer doesn't pay for the ticket, it gets rejected after 5 - 10 days, depending on the payment method.
With card payments, when a customer abandons the checkout without completing the payment, the transaction stays pending for 24h and then gets rejected
What are Authorized transactions?
The payment has been authorized by the customer's bank and soon will be processed over to your account. The transactions status will be automatically updated by dLocal.

Where can I check and manage payments?
The payments can be checked in the Merchant Dashboard, where you can see all the transactions made using dLocal. Access the dashboard and go to the transactions tab: you can check the status, and information of each payment, by clicking on it.
