How long does it take for a payment to be processed?

Differently than card payments, cash payments (OXXO, Boleto, Efecty...) and bank transfers can take a couple of days to be cleared, after the customer completes the payment. The customers can generate the cash payment ticket, or bank transfer but pay for them a few days later. In these cases, it is usual that the transaction stays pending for a longer period.
  • Credit and debit cards: Immediately
  • Cash payments: 1 to 2 business days.
