How can I filter transactions in the Merchant Dashboard?
dLocal's Merchant Dashboard allows you to filter transactions by date, payment method, status, invoice number, country, and much more. You can use the search bar located at the top of the page or the date range fields.
- Transaction details: You can click on the linked reference to see transaction details
- Sort listing by date: By clicking on the ‘Creation date’ field at the top you can sort the listing by date.
- By clicking again you can switch between decreasing and increasing order. You can also start typing your query and you will see suggested filtering options associated with the input keyword, like Boleto, Visa, etc.

What are Authorized transactions?
The payment has been authorized by the customer's bank and soon will be processed over to your account. The transactions status will be automatically updated by dLocal.
Where can I check and manage payments?
The payments can be checked in the Merchant Dashboard, where you can see all the transactions made using dLocal. Access the dashboard and go to the transactions tab: you can check the status, and information of each payment, by clicking on it.
