Payment Links lets you generate a payment URL from the Merchant Dashboard and share it with your customers by email, SMS, or social channels. You can use Payment Links to collect payments without building a hosted checkout integration.
Before you start
To use Payment Links, your merchant account must have Payment Links enabled and your user must have the required permissions.
If you have read access, you can view and search existing payment links.
If you have create permissions, you can create individual links and upload links in bulk.
If you have the required action permissions, you can cancel eligible payment links.
Create a payment link
Go to Payment Links in the Merchant Dashboard.
Select Create payment link.
Choose the country and currency.
Enter the payment amount and link title.
Add an order ID and expiration date if required for your operation.
Add customer details if you want to identify or contact the payer.
Review the information and create the link.
After the link is created, you can copy it and share it with your customer through your preferred channel.
Add optional customer details
You can include customer information such as name, customer ID, phone number, and email address. These fields help your team identify the payment link later and reconcile it with your internal records.
If you add a valid customer email address, you can use the available email option to send the payment link to the customer.
Create payment links in bulk
You can create multiple payment links by uploading a CSV file from the Payment Links section.
Select Bulk upload.
Upload your CSV file.
Review the validation results.
Confirm the upload to create the payment links.
You can upload up to 50,000 payment links in a single CSV file.
Manage and filter payment links
The Payment Links table lets you view, search, and filter your payment links from one place. You can use filters such as date range and status, sort the table, move between pages, and open each payment link to see more details.
Some date columns may show UTC labels to make reconciliation clearer across teams and time zones.
View payment link details
Open a payment link from the table to see its details, including payment information, customer information, status, and available actions.
From the details view, you can copy the payment link URL and cancel the link when cancellation is available for that link.
Export payment links
You can export payment link records from the Payment Links section. Use the date filter to define the records you need, then select the export option. The export is sent by email in the available file format.
Tip
Use clear titles and order IDs when creating payment links. This makes it easier for your team to search, reconcile, and support customers later.
