Password Policy
To enhance security and comply with industry standards, the password requirements for Merchant Dashboard users ensure stronger account protection and a more secure login experience.
Passwords will expire every 6 months.
Minimum password length: 12 characters.
Users cannot reuse the last five previously used passwords.
What happens when your password expires?
Once the password reaches its expiration date, users must change it upon their next login. A prompt will appear requesting a new password before access to the Merchant Dashboard is granted.
Note: These changes do not apply to users who log in via Single Sign-On (SSO) integrations.
